+: It is a very quiet place to stay in. Excellent location, by the Jambiani beach. Staff pay attention to every little detail. The manager and his team take good care of you. You are not a room number, you are "guest"! The room is super clean.I wish I had stayed longer or at least finished my Zanzibari trip there. It was a top choice!

+: Sehr schöne weitläufige Hotelanlage mit 3 Pools und viel Platz, dass man den Urlaub in Ruhe geniessen kann. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolles Yoga-Angebot

-: Leider keine ACs in den Zimmern, in den schwül warmen Temperaturen ist das leider zu wenig.

+: Fantastisk hyggelig personale, familiær atmosfære, veldig god mat! Stort uteområde med masse plass. Daglig rengjøring. Gratis drikkevann var alltid tilgjengelig i dispensere. Fin strand og 3 fine bassengområder.

-: Det eneste minus er manglende air condition i noen av rommene, men dette visste vi før ankomst og var derfor forberedt. Det hadde vært fint med et par ekstra sitteplasser ute på balkongen til leilighetene.

+: Walking barefoot between the beach, the room, the restaurant. The staff is super welcoming as well as food that is really delicious

-: Check-out at 10.45 is no-sense. It should be at 12 as in all hotels. It’s a bit odd such time giving the room rate per night you pay. They propose late check-out for 70$ which is no good value for money if you leave in the early afternoon.

+: Sharazad è un piccolo resort sulla spiaggia di Jambiani famosa per il kitesurf. Il resort è molto curato le stanze sono molto belle. Alcune immerse nel giardino altre vista mare. Ci sono due piscine ottime per i periodi di bassa marea. Ottimo il ristorante e la colazione. Abbiamo trascorso il nostro soggiorno senza mai indossare le scarpe. Un vero sogno! Abbiamo provato anche il servizio spa davvero ottimo e suggestivo. La spa è bellissima e immersa nella giungla.

The hotel's prime location provided us with easy access to local restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making our exploration of the area both convenient and enjoyable.What we particularly appreciated was the attention to detail and special efforts made by the hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers, and the surprise champagne added a touch of luxury to our celebration. The beach dinner arranged for us in the gazebo was nothing short of magical, creating an unforgettable evening under the stars. Additionally, the afternoon dhow boat ride offered us a unique and relaxing way to experience the local waters and scenery.The pool area was another highlight of our stay. It was always clean, with the water temperature just perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun.Despite some challenges with the WiFi and electricity, the hotel's efforts to maintain comfort through generators and clean amenities were evident and appreciated. The room was always kept clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay.In conclusion, while there were aspects of the resort that could be improved, the positive experiences and the heartfelt efforts made by the staff to ensure our honeymoon was special left us with fond memories of our time at Sharazad Boutique Hotel

Firstly, the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was quite poor, making it difficult for us to stay connected when needed. Additionally, we encountered occasional electricity outages. Although the hotel had generators, these disruptions were still inconvenient.We found the lack of adequate fans in the rooms particularly challenging, as it made the evenings uncomfortably warm. A simple improvement like keeping the doors open with screens during the turn down service could enhance airflow significantly.Another aspect that fell short of our expectations was the absence of conditioner in the showers. We also faced a minor yet notable inconvenience with the electrical outlets - the room featured EU outlets, but the coffee maker required a UK plug, which was a bit of a mismatch.Dining at the hotel's restaurant tested our patience due to the extremely slow service, often extending meal times to up to two hours. Additionally, the presence of bees and flies, especially when ordering food with honey, was bothersome and something future guests might want to be aware of.While the location and certain amenities of the hotel were commendable, these aspects of our stay highlighted a need for improvement in both service and facilities to truly match a 4-star rating.

+: Joli hôtel bien arboré avec un grand accès direct à la plage, plusieurs piscines. Chambre avec une terrasse privative très agréable (visite des singes en prime :) le matin) Petit déjeuner très bien. La vue du restaurant est top et les dîners les pieds dans le sable donnent un vrai air de vacances. La cuisine est très bonne et le personnel au top +++
