+: The rooms are spacious..staff always smiling and ready to serve..the food was amazing..massage lady very proffessional

-: The electricity was going on and off

+: Set on a headland above the India Ocean looking east from Zanzibar. The rooms are magnificent. The staff were efficient and friendly. Requests were dealt with rapidly and easily. The quality of the food was vey good.

-: It is rare one encounters a place that has and does it all, however there is nothing I could say they I didn't like about the Sultan's Palace.
