+: Abbiamo prenotato x2 persone autonomamente senza agenzia. Posto meraviglioso, gli ambienti esterni ben curati, pulizia eccellente, personale gentile e cortese. Posizione ottima per il favoloso mare limpidissimoe pulito (fenomeno maree non particolarmente presente).Avendo prenotato solo colazione (no all inclusive), questa risulta essere buona, con varie tipologie di dolci e salati, abbinati a frutta locale buonissima.

-: Per chi cerca di essere coinvolto dagli animatori del Veraclub, consigliamo di prenotare tramite agenzia, poichè noi abbiamo notato una certa differenza di trattamento (come giusto che sia) nei giochi e nel coinvolgimento delle varie serate. Noi comunque cercavamo un altro tipo di vacanza, infatti siamo stati all interno del villaggio solo per colazione e pernottamento, per cui non abbiamo risentito di quanto scritto sopra.Essendo il resort situato a nord (Nungwi), per le escursioni da fare al sud, considerate due ore di auto.

+: La localisation est parfaite, on peut se baigner en marée haute et basse sans problème. La piscine est très propre, comme les chambres. Une vue exceptionnelle lors des repas, pour admirer le dégradé de couleur de l’eau au soleil.

-: Les activités sont toutes en italien, cela est dommage. Nous nous sommes senti exclu avec les bracelets de couleurs différentes qu’on soit all exclusive ou non, on avait l’impression que les employés de l’hôtel faisaient des différences. Si vous voulez du calme toute la journée pour vous reposer, ce ne sera pas cet hôtel. Nous avons quand même passé un très agréable séjour.

+: The hotel is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach in Nungwi and there was always a lounger available. The rooms are large with ample cupboard space and a safe. The bathrooms need a little maintenance but it was sufficient. Standout for us was one staff members at breakfast Armandino, who was the friendliest person at the hotel and makes the best omelettes.

-: Unfriendly receptionist and staff. Eaten alive by bed bugs (received a professional opinion when I got home). All entertainment is in Italian, and we were treated like foreigners and made to feel unwelcome. All guests should receive the same treatment ... it doesn't matter where you come from or which language you speak. We got married on the beach in front of the hotel and didn't even acknowledge us. Before the wedding they would not allow our wedding coordinator on the property even after getting permission beforehand. I since have edited my review because of the response from Veraclub Team ... if we had contacted them they would've sorted out our problem. We were only there for 4 nights and when we asked for management we were ignored. The receptionist was so unfriendly, so unwilling, refused to assist us, refused to call management and refused to speak to us in English. When we pointed out the bed bug bites to the cleaner she just laughed and shrugged her shoulders, also struggling to communicate. Staying at Veraclub Sunset Beach Hotel was probably the worst hotel experience of my life !!
