+: L'albergo è assolutamente favoloso, pur essendo una struttura moderna sembra di stare in un palazzo da Mille e una notte!! Ogni ambiente è curato nei particolari, è elegante ed accogliente. Lo staff efficiente e gentilissimo. Il buffet è vastissimo per soddisfare i gusti di tutti. La spiaggia è molto ampia e curatissima. Credo sia la migliore struttura dove io abbia mai trascorso le vacanze

+: Das Zimmer und die Anlage war sehr sauber. Der Booking Chef mohamed fathy ist ein besonderer Mensch ( höflich, freundlich, menschlich = exzellent)!!

+: Ok, first off I loved it here. The staff and hotel are amazing. The swim up room is beautiful.Is it 5* I'm not 100% sure. The al a cart resturaunts are great, the decor in the main areas is great. Check out the beach bar, I loved it down there.

-: The pool is uncomfortably cold, there are minor maintenance issues that need to be sorted, and the finish of some of the room I was in is lacking. The shower came apart in my hand, the bedding was yellow rather than white and the towels need refreshed.

+: For the beauty of the hotel, the architecture and the pool access from the room I would give a grade of 9 but for the rest I would give a grade of 7 (quality of food, standards of luxury are not met, level of services...)

-: Quality of food (industrial juices whereas they mentioned "fresh juices" same for ice creams mentioned as "home made" whereas it is purely low cost industrial ice creams, industrial pastries, frozen desserts, oily food...), we also got sick because of the food, for the service most of the staff are nice but half of them doesn't understand well English (I had to reorder many times the same drinks to arrive, the waiter gets out your plate whereas you haven't finished eating, cleaning men woke you up at 8 am...) All staff talk to you in German even if you are not. All of this would never happen in a real luxury hotel but I would say that it is the Egyptian style ;) The restaurants are not fantastic and is the same food as the buffet. The taxi to go to airport is at 15 USD whereas local price is 1 USD... and it is at 5 min by car..
