The 4-star Tropitel Dahab Oasis is located on the coast of Aqaba Gulf. +: Fantastic place. Everything was exceptional. The good food, the facilities, the impeccable service, the friendly helpful staff, the mountain back drop, and that it is a “green” hotel. We loved that the resort has all the amenities but still had a super friendly and casual vibe. The resort offers a free shuttle to and from Dahab (15 min away - which is a charming town with lots to offer in terms of shopping, restaurants, and diving and canyon tours). The highlight for us was the hotel jetty - great snorkeling and diving right out the door! This is a real plus. I should note that they are the first place we stayed in Egypt that really went out of their way to accommodate a food allergy (I am celiac and someone from the staff went though the buffet dishes every meal letting me know what I could and could not eat - I had no issues).
