+: The view overlooking the harbour, centre of Old Town, excellent staff, service,very clean rooms and good varied breakfast to suit all .

-: Noise from adjacent hotels late at night Our room was probably smaller than others and had no armchair.

+: I’m an English person and I like English Breakfast tea which some Cretan places use. Everything else was good but I didn’t have good tea with semi skimmed milk. Otherwise everything was fine.

-: As I just said better quality of tea.

-: Kleines Zimmer 185 cm breit und 230 cm lang im Erdgeschoss. Ich bin ein genügsamer Mensch und habe das Zimmer als Mönchklause bezeichnet, Meine Segelpartner haben die Hände über dem Kopf zusammen geschlagen und wollten mir ein anderes Zimmer besorgen.Hinzu kommt das der Duschraum mit Ölfarbe am Boden und den Wänden gestrichen war, was zur Folge hatte, dass ich nachts ausgerutscht bin und rückwärts mit dem Kopf in die Dusche geknallt bin. Meine Beschwerde im Gästebuch hat ma herausgerissen. Für über 50 € pro Nacht ohne Kleiderschrank einfach eine Unverschämtheit,

+: The location was perfect and so was the view of the old harbour and the sea. You can hear the sea from your bed or enjoy the beautiful view from your balcony. A very romantic stay. Perfect was walking around and seeing the beautiful old harbour. The staff and Vassilis were very hospitable and we felt taken care of. The room is somple and absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful details. I loved everything about this place

+: It's the loveliest hotel I've ever been to. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really recommend!

+: The hotel is located in the Old town and that was perfect for me. I enjoyed being near the harbour and amongst the narrow lanes. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The young lady serving us was very helpful and friendly.

-: The room was a descent size but far from perfect. The mattress sagged even after the manager tried to adjust it; the safe was not secured to anything so, hardly 'a safe' and the shelves in the cupboard easily collapsed if touched. The toilet roll holder was cellotaped together and the toilet seat had a tendency to collapse, even when in use. These issues were pointed out to the manager but other than trying to fix the sagging mattress, offered no alternative and nothing even as gesture of goodwill for these issues. Pity

+: Nous avons adoré la belle terrasse privative de notre chambre avec sa vue imprenable sur le vieux port . L’hôtel est très bien placé , au cœur de la vieille ville, à proximité des restaurants et boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Vasilis est très serviable et disponible .

-: La salle de bains est trop petite : lave mains en guise de lavabo et odeurs désagréables qui s’en dégagent .
