+: Am besten ist die Lage am Hausriff. Dieses liegt am eigenen Strand.Das Personal ist super freundlich und gut gelaunt.

+: Place was Good, Facilities were fine, Management Follow up and handling concerns hope to be addressed. Snorkelling was amazing

-: 1. Staff was not professional at all, dealing in a very bad manner. Discrimination was well observed from the working staff between Europeans, Arabs, … etc 2. Food Quality is really bad, Food Trays were not that clean. Food has nothing to do with Egyptian cuisine 3. Drinks are not to that quality, tastes really bad even for Cola and Soda, I believe the machine is not cleaned as the taste was really bad. 4. Bed sheets were not changed it was only made up. 5. Snacks bar contains only sweets you are not allowed to eat on the beach or pool, you have to go to the snacks restaurant. 6. Buffet restaurants are not that good, aLa Carte restaurants serve pre-cooked meals with really small portions. 7. Overall not everything is all inclusive you have to pay a lot to get some good food or fresh juices 8. If you are Egyptian try to get some EurosDollars as the shops mostly don’t accept EGPs At the end after complaining to the management, they promised to have a look into the situation

+: The resort it’s very good me and my family enjoy very well. I think he need to improve his food.

-: الاكل ضعيف و محتاج يتنوع و يكون ليه طعم ، الاسناكس غريبه عباره عن ذره و بان كيك و وافيلز يوميا فقط بدون اي تغيير او ابداع كذلك الاكل ، الشاطئ ضحل و صخري و مليان شعب مرجانيه بس الاسماك حلوة و كثره الترفيه ف الفندق مغطيه شويه علي البحر ، فريق الانيميشن ضعيف جدا و غير ملحوظ ف الفندق

+: Staff is very hospitable & supportive specially Kholoud from reception. I loved place style and decoration which has morrocan style and castle like style which is very authentic and the place is full of natural scenes from trees to the sea which is mixed with the pools and aqua in a fantastic harmony. I love snorkling and the sea is full with coral reefs. The family suite is very spacios and cozy I would live in this room forever. Multiple restauraunts across the hotel with different cuisines each day was a new experience in food.

+: Such a beautiful experience. Our suite was clean, Very big and with a beautiful view. Kids loved the waterpark and the slides. Staff were amazing and very friendly specially Kholoud at the front desk; they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Pools are cleaned every morning and with every break from activities. The beach is accessible on foot, and the reef is incredibly accessible directly from the beach. Food was very good overall specially the dinner part at the a la carte restaurants. Overall an amazing holiday thanks to grand Waterworld makadi property and staff.

-: I think lunch buffet could be more diverse.
