+: The check-in process was smooth, and Mr. Mohamed Fahmy was readily available to ensure our satisfaction throughout our stay.The hotel's architecture, seating arrangements, and fountains were truly impressive. The children's aqua area was fantastic, but the adult section, while nice, only had three out of five features operational. The heated pool was enjoyable, although it could benefit from modernization. Our room was excellent, with full facilities, and we appreciated the plate of fruits and soda cans they provided.The staff were extremely supportive and attentive, always offering assistance and ensuring we had drinks or anything else we needed.The beach boasts sandy shores, and the coral reefs are abundant and easily accessible.A la carte restaurants had a wonderful view, specially Fino Restaurant in the breakfast time.
-: While there was a variety of food options available, the overall taste could be improved, and there is a need for higher quality. Additionally, the meat and chicken dishes could be enhanced.The breakfast was satisfactory, but lunch was below average, and dinner could benefit from additional improvements.A la carte restaurants could be better as well in terms of food quality.
