+: Очень хороший персонал , номер был чистый и очень красивый -: Еда была замороженная , которая была куплена за копейки , а продали как в дорогом ресторане. Если вы приехали поздно и хотите перекусить , то не советую у них заказывать. Дорого и не вкусно

+: Чисто, завтраки приличные , но не более , чем на 8 евро. Персонал внимательный, в основном из Аргентины. Улыбчивые. Есть сауна. Есть , где бесплатно парковать машину. Есть трансфер на подъёмник, но надо бронировать заранее, а то не повезут. Ценакачество нормальные, но вряд ли 4* европейские. -: В номере батарея только в ванной и не работала. Два раза просили починить. Приходили , не сделали . Только прибавили температуру на кондиционере. Итог, мокрые горнолыжные ботинки, отмороженные ноги. Сушилки в гостинице нет. Немного сушили в шкафу над минибаром, нам тепло поднимается от холодильника и феном. Ни в коем случае не берите номер на 4-м этаже. На 5-м ресторан с плиткой на полу, вечером и с раннего утра двигают стулья , роняют бутылки. Спать нельзя. Хамам сломался, в джакузи много хлорки, но это возможно, оправдано, так как посетителей тоже много, хотя и не самый высокий сезон.

Все новое и современное. Брали полупансион и не пожалели. Качественная кухня, все вкусно. Ужины за 4 дня не повторялись. Большой выбор горячих блюд и десертов на ужин. Симпатичный ресторан с панорамными видами. После лыж приятно расслабиться в СПА. Машину парковали на улице, подземный паркинг 10 евродень. Мест для бесплатной парковки вокруг отеля достаточно. К подъемнику возит минивэн каждые 15 минут. Нужно с вечера указать на ресепшене в какое время собираетесь выходить и возвращаться обратно.

Очень неплохой спа-комплекс, если рассматривать его в качестве релаксации после дня катания. Приличный завтрак с хорошим выбором блюд. Сам отель очень чистый, в хорошем состоянии. Парковка есть в достаточном количестве на улице, бесплатная. Хорошо, что утром и вечером каждые 15 минут есть шатл до подъемника, можно не гонять свою машину. Однако пешком до подъемника с лыжами не дойдешь. С другой стороны, вечером до центра Сольдео минут 10 пешком легко добраться. Обед в самом отеле стоит 15 евро на человека, что на мой взгляд очень хорошая цена. При этом его не нужно оплачивать заранее и можно воспользоваться по-необходимости. Уютное лобби, в котором приятно вечером посидеть с вином или чаем.
