+: Everything was amazing

-: The snacks in the room were expensive, is surprising that in a luxury hotel you pay for snacks, that was a shock. Also I’ve been requesting for a cake or whatever could make the birthday special and haven’t been provided in time, I had to call several times, so not great experience at all from this point of view.

+: Clean and spacious rooms.

-: Balcony too small and the width can hardly fit a chair. They claim that their water slides are the best however you have to be extremely fit to climb so many steps and then queue to have 30 seconds fun. It makes it so hard to go again or use another slide. The beach is not a beach, it’s just a stagnant water and the sand is not natural in fact it is hard to walk on it and your foot hardly leave any prints. Imperial club rooms are not worth it at all when you are paying double the price for an ocean king room. Everything else is very expensive and there are no shops or restaurants nearby if you want to venture out. The whole palm hotels are in the same situation. If you decide to eat out then it is a 15 minute taxi rides to the walk in JBR. The wheel has been closed for two years so no point going there either. Overall I found my stay in Atlantis the palm not worth the price I have paid. The worst thing is that the hotel treat you as a credit card and not as a human. This is my honest opinion and may differ from others views.

-: Pendant les jours de pluie, l’hôtel était pas adapté, aucune activité possible car l’hotel est vite saturé . Il nous a été impossible pour nous d’avoir une solution pour quitter l’hôtel (pas de voitures ou van disponible par l’hôtel , les taxis ne venaient pas ni Uber car hôtel trop loin) .

+: Beautiful in every way with comfortable rooms, the best of everything. Excellent food.Top notch service.
