+: L'hotel est très bien situé, sur la piste de jogging le long de la mer, à 1 000 m de KiteSurf Beach. Le personnel est très disponible et très serviable. La propreté de la chambre était irréprochable.
-: Préférer les chambres donnant sur la piste de jogging. Les chambres sur le coté de l'hôtel et à l'opposé de la piste de course peuvent être un peu bruyantes au passage de camions ou de motos. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas d'intérêt particulier (prestataire différent de l'hôtel).

-: Reception staff. After booking the holiday we requested an upgrade t a sea view. We were assured by Miriam? That was accepted. When we arrived the male receptionist had no record of the upgrade and said there was no sea view available. After remonstrating with him he suddenly found a suitable room! Bad start. We enquired about hiring two electric scooters and were given a price of 18 Dirrahm A DAY. but both receptionists. When we checked out by the night porter he charged us 18 DIRRAHM an hour leaving us with a bill for 72 Dirrahm. In short the reception staff were inept and needs training.
