-: Full of russian tourists. So everyone assumed we were russian. The buffet was basic. Different room which we paid for. Second option was not the same either. We took it as tired. We did check in early though.

+: The staff were amazing. Milton and Omar were helpful as well. The lady at the counter sent us a cake and arranged towel swans and flower petals over the room since we were there to celebrate our anniversary. Rano was also a great coach and friend that we have made there and we will definitely come back again.

-: The girl staff who is in night duty is very rude. No manners at all. We expect that customer service are more friendly and professional but she is not. We didnt enjoy our stay bec.she ruined our mood. Standing for long time in the reception, wasted time.

+: Excellent location. With bidet in the toilet and hair dryer in the bathroom. Wide selection of food and drinks and loads of fun activities for the family.
