+: The great welcome and wonderful help by the duty Manager Mr. Mahmoud Hamdy. Mr Hamdy did something for me no one ever did it for me in pervious hotels as i traveled half of the world.He carried my bags when i checked in to the hotel himself to my room because bill boy were out of the his station and me and my wife were hurry to get our bags to the room
