An additional charge of 151 AED was deducted from my credit card, and despite my inquiries, the team failed to provide any justification for this deduction. What's more frustrating is that they have been unable to supply an invoice, leaving me in the dark about the reason for this extra charge. What adds to the frustration is that I've been seeking clarification for over a month now, and there has been no feedback or resolution from the hotel team. This lack of transparency and timely response has not only caused inconvenience but also reflects poorly on the customer service. I believe open communication is crucial in such situations, and I hope the hotel can address this matter promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.
