-: I checked in to the hotel at around 7:30am as my flight landed early morning. I paid for the extra night ie (8am til 3pm) as I didn’t expect the hotel to check me in early and I needed the rest. When I checked in to the room I found that it contained 1 double bed and a sofa to be shared between 3 adult males despite booking a room with 3 beds. I was told by the manager mr Ali that the room was subject to availability and the whole hotel was full. My booking clearly stated the number of beds and this was the only reason I booked it and nowhere did it specify subject to availability. I insisted and was adamant that I would under no circumstances take this room and I wanted the situation resolved after breakfast. After breakfast around 9am I was miraculously presented with keys to the room that I had paid for and which had now suddenly appeared, without any explanation or apology.

-: Room was clean but saw couple of cockroaches which I did not like it . I did not expect such things in 4 start rated hotel ! Please try to correctly these issue! Thank you
