-: A hotel that does not respond to customer messages is not appropriate and does not even deserve 2 stars. I made two reservations, the first for a day and the second for 8 days. They arbitrarily canceled the reservation for the first day before my arrival, which is an unacceptable act. When I contacted Booking, they inquired with the hotel, but without a response from the hotel. I sent messages, but without a response as well, so I contacted them, but without a solution, which caused me anxiety. Great moments before the plane took off. It was a difficult moment for me, and I did not know how to act when the plane arrived at night. This was inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Failed management and your reservation with them is not guaranteed. At any moment they can cancel your reservation and you, dear customer, find yourself in trouble

+: Another wonderful stay in the Hyatt Regency Dubai (Deira). Reception and check-in staff are helpful and friendly and the check-in system is fast and efficient. Housekeeping is so well managed and staff looked after my room superbly. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of dishes. The swimming pool and gym and changing rooms are perfect and well looked after. Overall a wonderful stay.
