+: The breakfast was fairly good. I liked the tall person asking if all is well. I enjoyed the sausages and parata with potatoes. I also liked the vegetables. The bed was solid and comfortable. I liked the kitchen and seating room well equipped.

-: The walls were not sparkling clean. The grout looked a bit dirty. There were no small face towels to bath. Wifi is available after request instead of finding password tokens ready in the rooms or reception but this can be easily corrected.

+: بسم الله وصلنا في وقت متأخر .. وكان الموظف (ياسر) اعتقد من الجنسيه الهنديه او الباكستانيه نسيت أسأله في استقبالنا وأول مادخلت قال مريم ؟ الله يسعده يسر أمورنا وخلصها في أقل من 6 دقائق ، متعاون جدا وواضح الجميل كذلك يتحدث العربيه .. بشوش يستحق بجداره الشكر والتقدير والاحترام خاصة ، وفر لنا كل مانحتاجه من الحفه للاطفال وسرير للرضيع ، وكذلك الشكر للموظفين اللي يشيلوا الشنط سواء الشفت المسائي او الصباحيوبقية الموظفين عامة كذلك مامنهم اية قصور ..الشقة جميلة الافطار كذلك جميل مقابل الفندق بالضبط سوبر ماركت قريب منه اشياء كثيره عائلي بحت ..

-: يحتاج لزيادة من مستوى النظافة ..لايوجد صابون للغسالة أو صابون للاطباق ..

+: Breakfast was just ok for its price. We were not really expecting anything extra about the food. Location was perfect for our itinerary for this trip. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially Divya.

-: Food selections can be improved. But, price could increase with the additional food choices. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Not much is needed to improve the place just maintain its cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

In particular, I had the pleasure of interacting with Divya, Aayaz, Ghita, Ayman, and Charan, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me made my stay even more enjoyable. Despite encountering a small issue with the washing machine in my room, I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently it was resolved. The staff ensured that the problem was addressed as a top priority and promptly arranged for me to change rooms. It was evident that providing exceptional service to guests is a top priority for your team. Overall, my experience at your hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing breakfast, outstanding service, and the dedicated employees who made my stay memorable. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

+: The Ambience was great, place was clean, team were really helpful All Divya, Ayman, Mr. Ayaaz , Shiva everyone also the Nepali girl at breakfast restaurant Egyptian manager, chef Thuwan.. everyone were really good

-: Couple of things,First response from reception desk was comparatively slowSecond - food option at breakfast were too too limited in comparison to other properties where we been to in Dubai just before coming here

Appart near the mall and supermarkets and all services Special thanks to the amazing Mr Ayaz for the upgrade to 1 bedroom with balcony and for his professional work .thanks to Mr Ayamn amazing and professional person. Thanks to the sweet Divya with her amazing smile and thanks to the nice ģhita and everyone from housekeeping and room service security .everyone was amazing many thanks .I'll come back for sure inshallah .
