+: Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel incroyable. L’emplacement est idéal, les chambres sont confortables et disposent de grands rangements (fer et table à repasser, cafetière, frigo…), une douche et bain. La nourriture y est excellente. Le service est parfait. Malgré le flux de touristes, le calme demeure. Toute l’équipe est à notre service à tout moment. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté de l’hôtel.

-: الفندق مزدحم بشكل مزعج رغم أنني زرته في غير مواسم الذروةتسجيل الدخول والخروج صعب وعليك الانتظار لوقت طويل حتى يتم خدمتك بعض موظفات الاستقبال غير متعاونين بسبب زحام الفندق وقلة عدد وخبرة الموظفين تجد صعوبة في الحصول على الخدمة المصاعد غالبا مزدحمة وتحتاج للانتظار حتى تتمكن من استخدام المصعد

-: Decreased value for money throughout the years. It was my fourth stay and the hospitality and quality was way better years ago.Private events really disturbed the stay (considering the price of 1300€ per one night per two rooms). Very loud party was happening until midnight. They should decide whether they want private event or charging guests 700€ per night per room for the unpleasant stayNot hotel guests should not be admitted at all because it is getting very crowded

-: Awful hotel. It’s currently under construction thus very noisy. They promised an early morning check in but instead we were checked in at 3:30pm. Food quality could be improved. Half board doesn’t include drinks, not even water. Such a shame.

+: Personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Çocuklu aileler için kids club ve aktiviteler gayet tatmin ediciydi.

-: Otelin girişinde aşırı bir trafik sıkıntısı var. Otel müşteri girişini kesinlikle ayrı bir bölüme almalılar.
