+: L’hôtel était bien mais pas de vrai coups de cœur Petit dej complet.

-: Pas assez d’eau chaude pour la douche le matin. Le room service n’a pas répondu à 21h, nous avons pas pu commander à manger. La climatisation réglée sur 18,4 degrés à notre arrivée beaucoup trop froid, nous avons changer ensuite. Le taxi commandé est arrivé avec 30min de retard à cause de la pluie.

+: ‏تعامل الموظفين وبعض الأثاث في الغرفة مكسر ويحتاج صيانة ونقص الأدوات في حمام الغرفة والموكيت يحتاج نظافة

-: ‏تعامل الموظفين وخاصة موظفي اللوبي القهوة والشاهي وموظف لاستقبال يحتاجون إلى تدريب يرفع كفاءة مع النزلة
