+: كل شي من سعة الغرف و مرافق الفندق الى الموقع

-: عند الاستقبال تعامل الموظفه جيسيكا حيث كانت جديده ومبتدئه وكانت التجربة سيئه جدا جدا واستغرابي من ادارة الفندق بوضع موظفه مبتدئه بدون مساعده في الاستقبال حيث كانت تسال مديرها في كل خطوه بعد ان كانت تحاول ولاتعرف وتعطلنا ثم تذهب تسال مديرها المباشر المهم كانت تجربه سيئه جدا لذلك انصح ادارة الفندق بتنبه لهذه النقطه لان الانطباع الاول عن الفندق يحدث عند الاستقبال

+: Chambre belle mais bruit incessant du à la rénovation à la chambre du dessus et réveil à 9 h le lendemain par des travaux et quand nous en avons parlé au personnel aucune écoute et l on nous répond que c est normal - a 1600 e la nuit je trouve cela plus que culotté !!! Et concernant les petits déjeuners servi normalement jusqu’à 11 h a 10 h 30 plus de service ni possibilité de se servir car le personnel débarrassé

-: Hated the kids clubs. The staff weren’t the easiest to deal with most accommodating. The kids loved the kids club though.
