+: Nothing. Except housekeeping.We booked a 2 bedroom suite. We never got it. They made us pay and then gave us NOTHING like what we had booked

-: Extremely unfriendly service. worst checkin we have EVER experience. They forced us to.pay for a 2 bedroom suite and then NEVER have gotten one.They made us wait until 4.35pm and then still only gave us a 1 bedroom suite- we had to find a single bed for our daughter and make it ourselves. Outrageous.They offered us a 2nd room for our daughter- on the OPPOSITE end of the floor. We refused it. They still had rhe audacity to charge us for it.

+: Onze junior-suite was erg ruim, met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Het hotel lag op loopafstand van een zeer rustig strand. Met name de conciërge was zeer service-gericht.

-: Het personeel bij de registratiebalie bood niet bepaald een warm welkom. Het zwembad van het hotel is veel kleiner dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Ontbijtlunchdiner wordt tegen zeer hoge prijzen in een buitengewoon ongezellige ruimte geserveerd.
