+: Beautiful location and view from our flat

-: Pillows very hard and big

+: I had a lovely stay at Nuran. I arrived early in the morning after a night flight and was welcomed to check in to the room early. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, in a perfect spot to explore the marina and Jumiera beach residences (JBR) and close to the tram and metro links. The breakfast was good, lots of choice and plentiful. I will Definately stay again.

-: حجزت في الفيزا وتم خصم كامل المبلغ وعند وصولي تم الدفع مره اخرى ، ولم يتم استرداد المبلغ الى هذا اليوم .وطلبت لحاف ( غطاء) زائد ولم يتم تلبية الطلب الا بعد ان تدفع مبلغ من المال بعكس باقي فنادق العالم ، وعندما ناقشته قلت له هذه اول مره ارى فندق يتعامل بهذه الطريقه قال الموظف تستطيعون ان تذهبو الى اي فندق اخر كان غير مهذب بالرد. لا انصح فيه ولن اكرر الزياره .

+: Location,cleanliness,staff.Hamza during the breakfast is very kind and perform his work perfectly always aware about the guests.

+: The best location near Marina mall and Promenade. Very polite stuff. Free parking for rent car. Large room with good view.

-: Breakfast is awful. Very narrow place. Every morning we tried to reach dishes. Quality of breakfast also is not good. If you want to stay in this hotel I strongly recommend to book except breakfast
