+: The resort is well located and spacious with a beach, pool, sporting and green spaces. A great choice of activities and does not feel busy. There was great service from Anna in Guest Experiences who was proactive in finding a solution to our concerns. Also the concierge manager was very attentive. Great quality and choice of breakfast.
-: There is a need to invest in a property improvement plan. Due to developments in the surrounding area, the beach is more of a lagoon than open sea.

+: Schöner alter arabischer Baustil. Nach 30 Jahren immer noch in gutem Zustand.
-: Baustelle daneben. 24 h Gehämmer. Mit geschlossenem Fenster hörte man beinahe gar nichts mehr. Dadurch müsste Preis angepasst werden.

+: Zimmer waren toll ausgestattet. Die Gesamtausstattung des Hotel ist TOP. Alles war sehr sauber!
-: Extreme Lärmbelästigung durch eine 247 Baustelle direkt am Hotel. Bei Buchung wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen. Auch sehr große Lärmbelästigung durch Partyboote am Strand! Personal war überwiegend nur durchschnittlich freundlich. Vor allem der Service beim Frühstück war miserabel.

+: It was the best hotel we have ever been to. The breakfast is wonderful in all restaurants, the food was delicious, the service was extremely helpful, the territory was extremely neat and beautiful, the hotel was very neat, cozy, beautiful, a wonderful place.
