+: Location and facilities
-: Overall level of cleanliness l, breakfast was a mess. One coffee machine for hundreds of people cause continues queues. The toasts making machines were not cleaned properly. Lastly I asked concierge to book a large car to take bikes to the airport and when the time came there were no large taxis a booked and they tried to get me in a car that wanted to charge a ridiculous sum to reach the airport. I ended up booking two Uber XL cars to take us to the airport on time which cause unnecessary stress.

+: Rooms are pleasant, clean and suitably sized.
-: First time in my life for having to pay extra (close to 13rd of the room price) for a camping bed for my 9 year old child. Booking staff were bordering rude, and kept on repeating the same "but this will cost x amount if you avail". In the end I got a message stating we will have the extra bed if it's available! Honestly, if the hotel is charging extra for something like this I expect it to be available. To further add, even with the multiple additional message the bed was still not placed in the room by the time we got there. The air traffic can also be a bit noisy.

+: The location is excellent especially for the Etihad Arena and F1.
-: The hotel was being refurbished so there was some noise and no lobby area. I would have liked to have been informed that the hotel was being refurbished. We had no noise in our room which was a great relief. It's just the arrival experience that is a bit confusing due to the refurbishment. We ate at the Mexican restaurant Amerigos which was very average. The food was overpriced for what you got and the margaritas were terrible. The bar tender did not know how to make a margarita and they are AED 70 each !!!
