+: Amazing view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The size of the apartment was fantastic. The balcony and the kitchen gave us the comfort as well. The beds were so comfy. Felt like home.

-: The water was constantly cold.I didn't like it.

+: Très bon emplacement, proche à pieds de la Burj Khalifa, des fontaines et du Mall.Présence quasi permanente de taxi devant l’hôtel.Personnel accueillant, on nous a accordé la chambre avant l’heure sans surplus.Notre chambre réservée était plutôt un appartement très bien aménagé et grand.La Clim fonctionnait très bien.Le petit déjeuner était varié.Hôtel calme pour dire qu’il se trouve en pleine ville.L’hôtel nous a prêté un adaptateur car nous l’avions oublié.

-: La douche manque de pression.Transfère hôtelaéroport plus cher qu’un taxi ordinaire ou Uber, mais en revanche le chauffeur nous a déposé à l’endroit optimal pour faire l’enregistrement.

+: The team at Ramada were so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Receptionist Maricris was exceptional, she offered us an upgrade which we accepted for a reasonable cost. We were able to enter our room earlier than expected which was wonderful after a long haul flight. We had organised airport transfers in advance which went very smoothly. We took the courtesy bus on occasion which we found very useful. Breakfast was amazing, with so many choices on offer.Thank you Team @ Ramada, we highly recommend you.
