+: Rooms were good.
-: There was a loud music and kids were running, screamijg all over the place during check in. There was a concert and with it a stange. The reception told that same arrangement is always in action every saturday with the brunch. While check in guests probably wouldnt dont want islong term bes when I band for brunch, the music wasannoying

+: Everything went well. Staff were all excellent and keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, particularly Jolel in the Club Lounge. Food was very good and we enjoyed the swimming pool where again the staff looked after us very well
-: Getting a taxi from the hotel was much more difficult that we expected, partly because the roads were so busy

+: Hotel was nice. Staff were nice as well. The only thing that was a bit hard was to get taxi to come around easily when we have to go out.

+: Swimming pool at a great temperature.Size of the room 407!Mini bus to the Dubai MallBreakfast was superb. Choice and variety, particularly the egg station.Location but be prepared to face the Dubai traffic to get to the tourist areas.
-: Smoking in the English pub The Docks, wasn't restricted, so its no good for an ex smoker.Le Mer is being redeveloped so take a picnic! As many security guards as swimmers! Not sure the hotel bus should be calling there atm and very few taxis calling there.
