+: Everything is very nice, the bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast area is cosy and the menu is delicious, the service is very attentive and fast. The workers are friendly, professional.

+: The hotel atmosphere the facilities related to it (supermarket, funroom..etc.), the people whose working in the reception are very welcoming and helpful and the manager did his best to fix the situation that ive faced and offered a free lunchdinner until he provided me with a late check out the last day.-the shopping market in ground floor along aside with the storage bags and M floor where the fun games and swimming pool there.
-: -the room wasn’t clean enough and up to the standard -there was still a leftover from the previous guest that wasn’t removed ( hair on the bed , smelly sheet it wasn’t clean enough there is a smell of oily hair in it if i can describe it well !! -the smell of the room wasn’t pleasant even though there is a window to bring fresh air -the hotel needs to be sanitised and have a new process of cleaning i changed 3 rooms to get a room with an accepted smell. my stay wasn’t comfortable and i couldn’t change the hotel bcz i had a very tight schedule.this is my feedback regarding my stay at Rove Trade center.
