-: Avevo prenotato quest’hotel principalmente per la piscina a sfioro sulla moschea al mio arrivo ho trovato un foglio in camera dove c’era scritto che la piscina era chiusa per manutenzione, avrei preferito se mi mandassero un messaggio per avvisarmi invece di mandarmi solo messaggi per un upgradeDalla camera non si vedeva la moschea cosa che invece si percepisce dalle foto Ho provato a chiedere un rimborso però mi è stato rifiutato

+: We were welcomed with exceptional warmth and hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Nadir and the Moroccan team, were incredibly respectful, friendly, and always ready to assist. To our delight, we were even upgraded from a room to a luxurious suite. Their attentiveness went above and beyond—they made sure we were well taken care of, even surprising us with a delightful dessert upon our return to the suite.The hotel had everything we could possibly need; there was no need to venture outside. The swimming pool offered a breathtaking view of the beach, which was the same stunning view from our suite. We could even see the Sheikh Zayed Mosque from there. The hotel is incredibly respectable, making it the perfect destination for families and couples alike. Thanks again, Mr. Nadir—we’ll definitely be coming back for more of this amazing experience!
