+: Magnifique, personnel au petit soin, belle vue et equipement au top

-: Les jet ski tres bruyants devant la jolie piscine , dommage …La musique peut être un peu trop présente au bord de la piscine principale

+: Very welcoming and friendly staff. Facilities and amenities of a high standard. Valet service exceptionally quick and helpful. Wonderfully located within Abu Dhabi for easy access to many parts of the city. Very comfortable bed. Room service was efficient and tasty. Well worth staying at.

-: Slightly dated with regards to maintenance - the electrical socket near the bed didn't work, but an extension lead for a different socket was provided as a temporary solution. The speaker system in the bathroom did not work. Be aware of an additional 600 dhs hold on your card for incidental costs, non-optional, and without prior notice about this. Although not big issues, they certainly do impact on the stay.

-: قام موظف الاستقبال بتاخير بتسليم الغرفة و عندما ابديت عن استيائي قال لي الغي الحجز و خذي المبلغ و اطلعي و طبعا انا رفضت و بعد ما استلمت الغرفة دق الباب عامل الفندق و اخلى لي ثلاجة الميني بار و جميع السويت بدون اي اخطار مستقبل من الاستقبال و بعد صلاة المغرب دق الهاتف يخبروني متى راح اسوي الچيك اوت علما لم يمر على وجودي غير 7 ساعات و بعدها رتبت و حزمت امتعتي و غادرت على الساعة 8 مساءا من نفس اليوم خدمة تعيسة و سيئة ولا يستحق اي درهم

+: 1.The facilities are excellent.2. Location 3. Cleanliness 4. Decor5. Private Beach 6. Service7. Restaurants- but exceptionally expensive 8. Most importantly- the staff are absolutely fantastic!

-: 1. The price they charged for water- NOT OFFERING, the local bottled water ONLY the high brands of bottled water! 500mls cost £9.50-£10 depending on exchange rate at the time!2. The cost of the breakfast and dinner- there is only so much you can eat. Breakfast was approximately £30pp. While dinner was approximately £100. The wine you expect to be extremely expensive as it is imported!We went to the local area a few minutes walk from the hotel, and ate in the various restaurants along the Water Front- which is beautiful. The food was excellent and a great opportunity to eat in the local cuisine restaurants. The prices very cheap!
