-: El checkout fue desastrozo por que tardaron 1 hora y media en ir al hotel a darnos el deposito cuando nosotros ya habiamos avisado al personal nuestro horario de salida. Esta situacion fue muy estresante por que estuvimos a minutos de perder nuestro vuelo

-: 1 : موظفون الاستقبال ليس لديهم الاسلوب الجيد للتعامل مع الزوار. 2 : رجال الامن واجهت معهم مشكله وعلمت انهم ليس لديهم خبره في التعامل مع الاخرين وكانو سيئين جداً جداً . 3 : الرجل الذي اسمه جون المسؤول عن اقامتي كان يتجاهل مكالماتي ويتهرب من مسؤوليته . 4 : التكييف سيئ في غرف النوم . 5 : نظافة الأسرة سيئه وتحت الكنبات .
