-: Jak mieszkasz na wyższym piętrze to musisz czekać 5 minut aż zacznie lecieć ciepła wodaŚniadanie niby bogate ale tak naprawdę nie ma za bardzo co jeść poza tym bardzo duży chaos trzeba czekać z czasem na miejsceNa 4 dni pobytu tylko pierwszego dnia była ekipa sprzątająca a później już ich nie było więc Ręczniki po trzech dniach już śmierdziały a żele nie były dolewane

+: Erken check in yapılması , bazı yerlere, özellikle saloma beach'e shuttle olması çok memnuniyet vericiydi, genel olarak memnun kaldık ve tekrar gelmeyi düşünebilirim.

+: The staff were the best thing about this hotel. The bed was really comfortable

-: The housekeeping service was disappointing, the room was not cleaned to a high standard and the hallways had diffusers that made the hotel feel cheap. Everyday my bed was made differently, which isn’t that big of an issue but it shows a lack of consistency when it comes to the staff. The bed is decorated with two throw pillows that I would place on the sofas in the room, however after room service, they would be placed on the floor which I don’t find hygienic at all. The carpet under the bed is filthy and could do with cleaning, had a grey colour to it which definitely looked like dirt not like it was meant to be the colour. All rooms come with a bath unless you opt for the accessible rooms, and the shower was not cleaned well, there were stains on the wall. The shower gel and shampoo were awful, left a lot of buildup in my hair!The shower head is too heavy and kept falling. The window wouldn’t close and was broken so I had to deal with a lot of noise from outside which mean to barely got any sleep as the roads outside were busy. The closet stank of fish, had to spray it with febreeze the smell still didn’t go. I came back once to find my suitcase open??

+: We have asked to be on higher floor and the hotel fulfil our requirements. On the check-out day we check-out at 6 am and the hotel gave us a bags with breakfast

+: Daha önce de kaldığım tesis olduğu için yine tercih ettim.Kapalı otoparkı olması,konumu,çalışanların tutumu,kahvaltısı(akşam yemeği yeme fırsatım olmadı ama tahminen o da güzeldir)odaların temizliği,check out zamanının 12.00 olması.
