Self-contained rooms at ZiQoo Hotel Apartments are open out on private balconies and include a spacious lounge with flat-screen satellite TVs. Cooking facilities are complemented by a dining area and large bedrooms. Free toiletries and free water are provided upon arrival.

+: There was a staff member who checked me in and was a rude attitude guy. he was like I am the boss!! was talking about nonsense telling me if my booking.com profile name didn't match with my Emirates ID, he couldn't check me in. I told him I paid this from my own credit card, and he still refused me to check in. Wow !!! and I explained to him that there is no name and verification. While we are signing up to booking.com, I can make any name of my preference. I have the confirmation number email confirmation that my email id used to sign up and my credit card used to pay, but your staff just simply said, Change your name in booking.com profile and come.back how dare you all. I work for a hospitality chain, and we know what cyber security is and what our customers care, and what dtcm policy is. teach your staff the sense and give them training to on customer handling. I have shared my experience, too. at last I was irritated and started rudely talking to your super star rude attitude staff to call manager and he calls the manager qnd surly manager told him it's not matter than he understood and still he didn't even apologize and he thinks he is son of the king Dubai work like a boss ong what an experience in this nonsense place great weldone management 🙄

+: The room was big and spacious with all the necessary household equipment. Staff was good and very helpful in all aspects, also the cleanliness was top notch.

-: Booked studio flat and bathroom was not clean enough had mould between tiles extract fan was not working itself it only worked when u turn the air conditioner on and was blowing all the air from bathroom to the room with air conditioners so which was making the whole room smelly with damp. Especially when u have a kid with you it is unhealthy for breathing u could end up sick breathing in that smell whole night.
