+: El apartamento esta localizado al final de Sarande, hay que atravesar toda la poblacion para llegar hasta alli y en epoca de mucho turismo eso puede significar 45 minutos para hacer 5km. Esta en un ultimo piso, por lo que las vistas estan bastante bien (hay otros edificios delante) y, si las cosas funcionasen, tiene todo lo que necesitas.

-: La limpieza a mejorar, la zona de la cocina estaba bastante sucia, con la sandwichera llena de queso derretido de otros huéspedes, pasta detrás de la "cocina" caída y bastante polvo en los adornos del apartamento. El baño mal, una cortina por favor, es lo mas básico, y pequeño teniendo en cuenta el espacio que hay en el apartamento. A pesar de estar en un ultimo piso, tiene poca luz ya que el balcón esta cubierto y el techo es inclinado por lo que deja pasar poco sol. Tuvimos que pedir cosas básicas como mas papel del váter (solo nos dejaron uno para 5 días), una alfombra para la ducha, que, teniendo en cuanta que no hay cortina era absolutamente necesaria, etc. Siendo un apartamento nuevo, tiene mucho potencial, pero le faltan muchos detalles para hacer una estancia mas agradable.

+: Molto bello l'appartamento unica piccola pecca è che nel bagno non ci sono le tende per la doccia e il bagno si allaga facilmente.Posizione ottima per raggiungere ksamil e le spiagge in quei dintorni. Personale cordiale.

+: Az apartman szép, tágas, világos, tiszta. Szép a kilátás, nagy az erkély. Közel van a tengerparthoz, sok bolt és étterem van a környéken. A konyha alap felszereltségű. Első nap a lift nem működött, de másnap megjavították. A személyzettel bookingon keresztüli kapcsolatfelvételt követően, az általuk megküldött telefonszámokon tudtunk kommunikálni.

-: A kanapé, csak inkább 10 év alatti gyerekeknek jó, nagyobbaknak nem kényelmes és az apartmanban található súlyzókkal kellett kitámasztani, hogy ne szakadjon be.

-: Aveam rezervate 3 apartamente. Niciunul nu era ca in descrierea de pe Booking, unde se mentionau 2 sofa beds in living dar era doar una si aceea imposibil de dormit pe ea. Managera si reprezentantul acesteia au spus ca sunt prea pretentioasa ca vreau 2 sofa pentru 2 adolescenti, fata si baiat, ca alti clienti au dormit impreuna... mi-au mai spus ca ei nu au timp de pierdut cu asemenea amendamente nefondate si e ilogic sa vreau anularea doar pentru acest motiv, ca nu avem unde dormi... mi-au cerut sa anulez rezervarea de pe Booking, sa nu plateasca ei comision si sa le dau banii cash, promitandu-mi ca o fac fara taxa. A doua zi s-au razgandit si m-au amenintat ca, daca nu le duc jumatate in bani, ii trag pe toti de pe card. Atasez poze cu conversatia. Dupa ce am facut reclamatie la Booking,, ca noi nu am stat deloc acolo, ca nu aveam loc, ei au spus ca nu ne-am prezentat si au negat toata conversatia...Aveti mare grija. Evitati
