Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Murati 4* 2024-2025 Albania, Ksamil (island)

+: Very attentive and friendly stuff. Perfect location of the hotel with a walk distance to the everything: beautiful beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Delicious breakfasts didn't leave us hungry. The room number was extra clean with very good facilities and comfortable bed. We didn't understand why some guests complained about the shower. For us it was pretty good. We liked our comfy balcony with a gorgeous view. The private parking was a huge plus for us. Definitely recommend this place.

+: I liked that the hotel has a great view.

-: I did not like the fact that the rooms are not as described on Booking. There is no difference between a superior room and a standard room in terms of added value. The extra money paid were not justified. Also, the bathroom was ver small without any bathtub or shower. Plus, the noise from the clubs is unbearable.

+: -Schöner Ausblick auf's Meer vom Balkon aus-Sehr Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal-Ca. 5 Minuten zum Meer zu Fuß-Ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort-Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar-Anfangs noch Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Gab sogar Kaffee und Tee (gibt's nicht in jedem albanischen Hotel)

-: -Jeden Tag extrem laute und immer dieselbe Musik bis tief in die Nacht von den umliegenden Bars und Clubs. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Balkontür sehr gut hörbar.-Ab dem dritten Tag gab es kein Buffet mehr sondern "Personal-Frühstück" (An sich eine gute Idee gewesen, weil nicht genug Besucher im Hotel waren für ein Buffet).Allerdings gab es nur die Auswahl von einem Omelette, "Apfelsaft" (war eher Limonade), Gebäck und Früchten. Tee, Kaffee und Brot mit Belag gab es keinen mehr.-Das Bett war leider sehr hart und viel zu viel Kissenfüllung im Kissen.-Im Bett gab es leider kleine Ameisen, trotz täglicher Reinigung!-Dusche war direkt neben der Toilette ohne Vorhang oder anderen Schutz d.h. das komplette Badezimmer stand nach dem Duschen immer unter Wasser.

+: Líbilo se nám vybavení pokoje, dobrá lokalita a příjemný personál. Personál měl skvělý přístup k pejskovi (nakonec si neřekli ani o příplatek za psa❤️)

-: Koupelna… rozhodně nám vadilo, že v koupelně nebyl oddělený sprchový kout, ale v podstatě celá koupelna byla sprchový kout, takže věčně byla koupelna mokrá. Dále nás mrzelo, že první tříděný jsme měli skvělé snídaně formou švédských stolů 😍 ale pak tři dny nam nosil jidlo personál… i když toho nebylo málo tak nam vadilo, že jsme neměli pak takový výběr jídla jako první tři dny… škoda

+: The room was clean and with a nice view on the sea and the island of Korfu.

-: The description of the room was not correct. Instead of 35 square meters it had appr. 20. The staff said they do not have bigger rooms. We could look for another hotel if we do not like it. The small "bathroom" was awful. After taking a shower the whole place was wet. The breakfast was only average, bad coffee.

-: La baie vitrée de fermait pas à clef, et on a du faire venir le concierge pour réparer la chasse des toilettes qui ne fonctionnait pasOn s'est fait mal parlé un matin en quittant le petit déjeuner parce qu'on avait prit ce qu'on avait plus assez faim pour manger maintenant pour le monter dans notre chambre. Nous ignorions que c'était interdit, c'était pour ne pas gâcher, on l'aurait mangé plus tard
