+: The receptionist tried to be nice but was unable to sort out most of the issues we encountered.

-: Everything! The hotel is not a 4* hotel. The first room we were offered had electric fittings hanging out of the wall. Second room was better. No phone in room to contact reception - and generally no one at reception if you went downstairs to get help. Breakfast was poor - very little choice, Pastries hard and inedible, fruit looked like it had been left out way too long as it was all brown. Non of the food was covered and there were flies buzzing around. There were building works going on at the hotel which we were not informed about. On arrival we were then told they would finish that day - but they didn't. Impossible to sit on balcony due to noise from inside and outside of hotel. Inside was dusty due to all the building work. We lasted 3 days before having to find somewhere else to stay. The owner refused to refund us the money for the nights we didn't want to stay claiming there was no building work going on inside the hotel - despite the photographs we had taken of the work.
