+: We had a room where the shower temperature would shift from cold to extreme hot. It wasn't safe because you could burn yourself. Lastly, my records showed we paid on booking.com. When we checked out, they needed to charge us. The receptionist kept validating how the hotel needs to ensure customers don't say they didn't stay at the hotel so there's another verification. I didn't fully understand because from my perspective, I paid on booking.com (same rate when I booked as booking directly via your hotel), and was concerned we were paying twice. While the hotel openly protects themselves, I need to protect myself in getting charged twice. I've booked in 7 continents bc I've traveled the world. I'm quite certain your receptionist hasn't so don't teach me, a 54 year old, about how things work. I paid a while ago with a visa. There's no refund but the question was being charged twice. Now we will need to sort out charges when we return to see if we were double charged. Regarding the food, it was terrible, especially compared to 7 years ago. Changed drastically. Eggs looked like plastic, the only meat were hot dogs. Stop calling that "sausage" because it's a hot dog, which I would only serve my dog. Unsure if we would stay again. Maybe, but I'm certainly not going to be schooled by your front desk again.

+: Das Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus und die Pool und Meer-Landschaft ist potentiell schön angelegt. Das Personal ist freundlich bemüht.

-: Das Hotel ist enorm in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppichboden im kleinen Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer haben sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Weiterhin ist das Hotelzimmer sehr klein und das Frühstück dem Sterne Niveau nicht angemessen. Am schlimmsten war für uns allerdings, dass das ganze Hotel eine Baustelle war. Teilweise müsste man an Malerarbeiten vorbeigehen und überall lag Bauschutt herum. Teilweise standen sogar offene Kanister mit Chemikalien herum! Die Poolbar war nicht existent und es gab auch keinen Service, sodass man sich seine Getränke vom Pool von der bar holen musste, an Baustellen vorbei. Außerdem waren diverse Glasscheiben beschädigt mit Rissen und teilweise sogar Scherben. Der Bereich um den Meerwasserpool ist leider auch sehr dreckig und die Liegen dort eine Zumutung.Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Dieses Hotel ist keineswegs den Preis wert und müsste dringend renoviert werden.

+: The hotel was excellent with the staff extremely helpful especial praise to the guys parking the car - their service and great helpful manner was outstanding. The breakfast's were the best I have come across and on the day we were leaving early on a trip we had an amazing picinc breakfast made up for us.

-: The spar let the hotel down, very tired looking with lots of tiles missing from the Jacuzzi, there were very few jets working and the switch to switch them on was behind a towel bin and impossible to find unless you knew. A real shame.

-: L’hotel vanta 5 stelle, ma le ha solo nel nome e nel prezzo; in realtà la struttura e i servizi sono da hotel 2 stelle, massimo 3 in decadenza. Cominciamo dallo staff, che sembra lì per sbaglio: non hanno una vera e propria divisa, ma solo una camicia con il logo.. per il resto c’è chi indossa i jeans, chi dei pantaloni, chi le scarpe da ginnastica..molto di loro nemmeno salutano quando incrociano un cliente e più volte ci sono passati davanti tagliandoci la strada.La struttura di per sè avrebbe un buon potenziale, ma avrebbe bisogno di importanti lavori di ristrutturazione. Appena siamo arrivati il nostro sguardo è subito stato catturato dagli svariati rifiuti e oggetti ammassati all’esterno della struttura, di fianco al parcheggio (resti di moquette, mobili, la pala di una ruspa, calcinacci vari, contenitori, cassette, bottiglie..)e in quel momento abbiamo capito subito di aver sbagliato a prenotare in questo hotel.Le camere sono arredate con mobili dozzinali, moquette vecchia, carta da parati sgualcita; nella doccia c’è un misero doccino e il soffione fisso somiglia a quello che -qualche decina di anni fa- c’era nella vecchia palestra della mia scuola; lo scopino del wc è in vista (che orrore!), gli asciugamani sembravano puliti ma avevano macchie; l’aria condizionata invece faceva talmente tanto rumore che sembrava un motore acceso e durante la notte per avere fresco abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta.Per la spiaggia, invece, ci hanno fornito alla reception due teli scompagnati, uno misura da doccia, l’altro più piccolo, piegati alla meno peggio. Per arrivare alla spiaggia abbiamo sceso delle scale ricoperte da moquette sporca e che nemmeno avevano passato con l’aspirapolvere prima dell’apertura; abbiamo visto svariate vetrate rotte e quindi pericolose ed un controsoffitto divelto; gli ombrelloni fatti con le canne di bambù ormai dovrebbero andare in pensione, così come le sedie a sdraio, molte delle quali sfondate.

+: La posizione e la facilità di parcheggio.

-: Ho soggiornato ad inizio maggio 24. Si tratta di un albergo che vanta 5 stelle ma al massimo ne vale 3. Camera piccola, arredamento datato, doccia non funzionante. Inoltre l'albergo era in fase di riapertura dopo la chiusura invernale, quindi con servizi praticamente inesistenti: la colazione (assolutamente inadeguata per varietà e qualità) era a self service, predisposta su un tavolino provvisorio apparecchiato alla meno peggio, e l'abbiamo consumata su un tavolo enorme provvisto della sola tovaglia, in una stanza provvisoriamente adibita allo scopo (la sala colazioni non era operativa). La spiaggia non era accessibile, c'era disordine ovunque ed il personale era sostanzialmente dedicato a sistemare la struttura. Solo il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per il soggiorno valeva 5 stelle.
