+: Close to the train station and buses, nice swimming pool and the team were nice and assisted me

-: I thought I shall have a breakfast included but it wasn’t. I don’t know it’s apartments and which are not in the same building. If I wouldn’t add more money and the hotel wouldn’t give me the option to change the room it probably would be a bad experience

+: Het hotel is goed gelegen. Aan de bushalte voor de skibus en het treinstation.Ruime moderne kamer Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en gevarieerd avondeten. Heel bekwaam en vriendelijk personeel.

-: Het zwembad kan een update gebruiken, wordt aan gewerkt

+: Der Wellnessbereich war mega!!!Die Größe des Zimmers war toll, der Balkon ebenso und das Badezimmer mit der tollen Wanne und Dusche.Das Frühstück war gigantisch und ließ nur einen kleinen Wunsch offen: ein frischgepresster Orangensaft wäre schön gewesen

-: Das einsame sitzen beim Abendessen.Bei aller anderen Perfektion hätte ein unschöner Fleck an der Wand beim Vergrösserungsspiegel nicht sein müssen.Und dass man eine Tasse Kaffee am Nachmittag zu den kleinen Süßigkeiten extra zahlen muss hätte ich nicht erwartet und fand ich etwas kleinlich bei dem gehobenen Hotelpreis.Ansonsten alles gut!

+: The room was comfortable and had all amenities that you could want. The food was plenty in the morning and always served quickly at dinner. Variety good. The hotel parking lot is directly across from the main entrance and there is short parking available to have better and faster accessibility for unpacking and loading. Ski room well positioned.

-: The hotel is enormous. I never saw all the rooms but the sheer size of the restaurant floor gives a hint of how many guests it can actually host. This might be a preference of mine but i dislike being an ant herded through breakfast in queues for coffee and bread. Also, we were accomodated in another house which is connected to the main complex by a tunnel which we always had to wander through for skis, food, the pool, the sauna.... It takes a couple of minutes since it is not straight. Our house the hotel is situated next to the main street, so no open windows. The staff was very sparing of words the first time we arrived, information had to be asked for and wasn't offered. Service at dinnertime (food and wine excellent) was poor, on our first evening I made the mistake to ask for the wine menu which prompted the waitress to stomp off without a hello or welcome and bring me the asked for thing as if I inconvenienced her by doing so. By comparison the lady in charge of food was incredibly nice and attentive. All in all, and I think this is in parts due to the size, I felt like a task to be carried out until I left again.
