+: דירות נקיות, מאובזרות היטב, מרווחות, נוף מדהים, שתי בריכות במתחם , היה מתאים מאוד עם הילדים .

-: לא היו מספיק מגבות , והיה קושי להחליף או לבקש עוד, בקבלה אמרו לנו שלא מחליפים מדי יום, למרות שלא החלפנו כל יום . תחושה לא נעימה . בקבלה היתה אישה לא נעימה בשורה התחתונה, שהרסה את שאר הדברים הטובים במתחם המקסים.

-: אין כל כך פרטיות, יש צפיה ישר לחדר השינה מהחדר הסמוך. בבניין הישן אין גישה נוחה לבריכה ושאר המתקנים.
