+: Clean room, location, beautiful hotel
-: Late check-in. Staff want me to pay already paid booking during check-in in and again during check-out. When I asked what is difference between King room and Deluxe king room, I recieved answer that there is not big difference(just coffee machine). I said that we don't have coffee and staff spoke about instant coffee option. I am okay with instant coffee(in common) but why pay more for Deluxe.

+: Breakfast is delicious and the staff quickly replenished everything.
-: The staircase is completely closed for use as an alternative to the elevator. At the request to give access to the use of stairs for people with disabilities to use the elevator - it was refused. The queues for the elevator and the occupancy of the elevators are very large every time.
