+: Skvělá poloha hotelu hned u sjezdovek, jen přejdete silnici. Rodinný pokoj je rafinovaně řešený, rozdělují ho posuvné dřevěné příčky, což zajišťuje soukromí všem členům rodiny. Velká koupelna pro rodinu ideální. Děti milovali dětské spa se skluzavkou, všichni jsme ocenili bazén vnitřní i venkovní.

-: Děti spí na palandě v hezkém oddelitelném mini pokojíčku, který je ale těžko větratelný.

+: Abendessen war sehr gut 👍 Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell!!!Sehr viel Auswahl!

-: Die Therme war sehr schön eingerichtet.Das Wasser war leider viel zu kalt für eine Therme,das sollte nicht passieren.Auch nächsten Tag war es immer noch kalt bzw die angegebene Temperatur von 29 Grad war nicht korrekt.Auf der poolstiege hatten sich schon Algen gebildet.

+: Zum zweiten Mal da und wieder alles fast perfekt, mega Buffets zum Frühstück und Abendessen (Mittag lass ich dann lieber aufgrund der Menge aus), super Nähe zur Piste, sauber, sehr freundlich am Empfang, Tiefgarage

-: Der Fitnessraum ist leider super schlecht ausgestattet und die Geräte sehr in die Jahre gekommen, hier muss dringend verbessert werden. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Barkeeper ließ dieses Jahr etwas zu wünschen übrig, deswegen etwas Abzug
