The Landhotel Rosentaler Hof is a beautiful, informal holiday hotel on the sunny side of the Alps in the heart of Carinthia, only 5 mi from Velden on Lake Wörth.

Surrounded by a tranquil, 33 ft² park with a natural stream, the hotel offers an outdoor pool in the park, a newly designed spa area with indoor pool, sauna, aroma steam bath and whirl tubs, a massage room, and a fitness room.

The hotel is located between the Karawanken mountains and the Drau River, about 1.9 mi from the A11 motorway (exit St. Jakob), about 12 mi from Villach and about 22 mi from Klagenfurt.

+: Das Personal war sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war äußerst komfortabel.

-: Im Restaurant war das Personal sehr reserviert. Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet, weil ich auf einer Radeltour war. Dann kann ich im Restaurant nur a la carte essen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, nicht dazu zu gehören. Das fand ich befremdlich.⁷
