-: This place was a mess from the start. The self check in asked us to pay for breakfast, which I did, then it went to the next at screen where it states I had breakfast included, then asked me for even more money. The staff member couldn't understand so good be through it and refunded the breakfast that I had paid for. We got to the room and the bathroom was only separated by a curtain, which was completely open to the loft bed, so ZERO privacy. Also the curtains we not able to physically be closed!!Came downstairs in the morning and told that my card had been declined for breakfast. Tried to explain about the mess on check in, but instead of listening to me the staff member just stood there shaking his head. I eventually got him to listen where he said he would have to speak to the staff member from the day before...I will never stay here again. Not worth the agony.
