+: I combined a two-nights reservation with a one-night reservations (both on Booking and both at the same room rate per night). At check out, I faced a very bad experience with the hotel manager, Gilbert Kratchmann, who tried to charge me extra 100 euro (!) for "upgrading the room" and combining the two reservations. He argued with me right in the reception and that was a very bitter experience. The room itself was overall OK and I would give it 7 out of 10 if we did not have this scenario.
