+: Общее впечатление хорошее . Хороший спа. -: Интернет в номере отвратительный ,его просто нет ,на неоднакратные жалобы, проблема так и не была решена. Заказал чай к обеденным пироженным ,которые входят в полупансион . На следующий день был счёт 3.40 евро за чай из пакетика(((( Возмущает ,что не предупредили (((

+: Хорошие завтраки и ужины, богатый выбор вин и крепких напитков. Внимательные владельцы отеля, лично приветствующие гостей отеля. Главный плюс отеля - открытый бассейн с теплой тнрмальной водой. -: Нет фирменного шампуня, только жидкое мыло.

+: Большой номер с отличным видом. В половине номеров душ прямо в комнате - не для всех. В отеле бассейн с подогревом - отлично. Есть и крытый бассейн. -: Не очень большой выбор кафе и ресторанов вокруг. В обед сложно было найти работающий ресторан

+: Расположен в тихом месте, при этом в двух минутах хотьбы от автостанции в трех минутах от горнолыжной станции с подъемником, совсем рядом центр городка с магазинчиками и заведениями общепита. Хороший разнообразный завтрак, приветливый персонал, везде очень чисто и в комнатах и в спа зоне, уютные интерьеры, из окон живописный вид. Пожалуй в номере было жарковато, топят от души, зато все быстро сохло и купальники и лыжная одежда. Мы приоткрывали балконную дверь в режиме проветривания. -: Нам показались слишком жиденькие подушки, и пожалуй чайный поднос не помешал бы.

Когда мы только приехали в отель - парни на ресепшн даже не подняли головы, общались между собой минут 5, потом с кислыми лицами начали оформлять. Очень разочаровала кухня. Если сравнивать с итальянскими Альпами, то там на лыжных курортах вкуснее и разнообразнее еда на много и блюд пробуй, сколько хочешь. Здесь лишь по одному блюду на человека на ужине, это не уровень 4 звёзд. То ли соусов не хватает, то ли продукты не те...Скорее повара надо менять и сделать выбор блюд богаче раз в 5. Нас было 4 взрослых и 2 детей, ни одно блюдо за весь отдых не произвело должного впечатления. Я дома готовлю вкуснее:))) Кусок мяса, кусок рыбы... не голоден, но удовольствия некакого, вкуса нет. Выбор блюд скудный, миски были часто пустыми на фуршетном столе. Закусок не было вообще, тупо 20 мисок с салатами - всё! На десерт только мороженое и один вид пирожного. Всё! Если вы не едите шоколадное, а сегодня именно шоколадный торт, то извините. На других курортах за те же деньги более 10 видов пирожных , мороженого и тд.. Дет Read more
