+: מלון נחמד באזור מאוד נעים. רחוב שקט למלון מועבר לו רחובות עם המון מסעדות, ברים וקניות. קרוב לרובע המוזיאונים ומרחק הליכה לכל מקוםהמלון נקי ומעוצב, יש מיזוג טוב. מכונת נספרסוחדר מרווח.

-: מדרגות רבות בכניסה למלון. המעלית מתחילה רק מהקבלה ולא מהרחוב. בדלפק הקבלה השירות סבבה, אבל לא באמת עזרו לנו מבחינת אינפורמציה על העיר ועל דרך חזרה לשדה התעופה וכו'.

+: Warm and friendly staff, great breakfast, room was large, room layout functioned very well - bedroom could be closed off by a door from the bathing, toilet, and closet areas. Loved that there was a health food market directly across the street. Location was very good, a short walk from the MuseumsQuartier. Around the corner from the famous Gelateria La Romana, also a few good eateries down the street and on neighboring streets, major shopping a couple blocks away.

-: Nearest laundromat was an 18-minute walk away.

+: 紧挨老城区，离地铁站公交站的距离步行能接受。我们去歌剧院是步行前往，也不算远。去美泉宫，附近有一趟电车直达。房间面积适合，性价比高。

+: I love this hotel and stay here regularly. Booking.com won't leave me alone until I review it each time I stay here, although I've done so before :D so let me say that it is my favorite hotel in Vienna and I never stay anywhere else. It's well located, reasonably priced, the staff are nice, the breakfast is good and really there is nothing to fault. The location is on the border of the shopping district and the "cool" district where you can go out to local bars and visit local shops.
