+: The property was very clean, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect as it’s a walking distance from museums and the city centre

-: The shower head was broken, and the TV did not include non-german channels or streaming options (often provided in 4* hotels). The hallways can be very noisy which may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper

+: חדר ממש גדול, מיטות נוחות, שקט, תה וקפה בחדר ומקרר. מרווח ונקי. לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר אבל גם הצוות היה נחמד. והמיקום.... וואו. על שדרת הקניות, דקה מ מטרו, יש מסעדות בתי קפה וחנויות בשפע מסביב. רחוב שקט.

-: בכניסה למלון יש כ 12 מדרגות. לא קל עם המזוודות. בתוך המלון יש מעלית קטנה אבל להיכנס זה לא נגיש.חוץ מזה היה באמת טוב אז אין תלונות. הכל היה מצויין.

-: We returned to the hotel at night and found that there was water on the floor in the bathroom because the water pipe could not be completely closed, and there was always a small flow of water. There is a long hair on the quilt, and also a long hair on the bathroom towel. The bedroom is cold at night. The internet is too weak.
