This hotel is in the resort of Novkhana, on the Caspian Sea. The AF Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and direct access to Azerbaijan’s largest water park with outdoor swimming pools.

AF Hotel-Aqua Park - Aparthotel provides air conditioned rooms and suites with modern décor and a balcony offering great views of the Caspian Sea. All rooms include parquet floors and a private bathroom.

Навести порядок на пляже: оборудовать зонтиками,постоянно чистить пляж и пр. Заменить оборудование , посуду и мебель в ресторане в соответствии с заявленными 4* отеля. Убрать свалки мусора вокруг отеля. Время проживания: Август 2018

В номерах плохо работает вай-фай.Близко к морю (выход прямо из отеля по мосту). Наличие аквапарка. Мало людей на пляже, т.к. пляж огорожен. Есть пляжный инвентарь. Персонал старается, на просьбу реагируют сразу, уборщицы заботливые. Понравились вечерние дискотеки. Время проживания: Июль 2018

В ресторане нет многих блюд из меню, только фаст фуд. В комнате всего 2 разетки, в одной телевизор в другой кондиционер, чтоб зарядить телефон пришлось просить удлинитель, дали неохотно. Телевиденье только местное, нет российских и других каналов. В бассейн я так и не попала, слишком много людей и даже позагарать негде шезлонгов совбодных тоже не было. Пляж на территории ужасно грязный. Весь отдых провели на балконе и гуляя по територии. Не стоило.Вид с балкона. Время проживания: Июль 2018

Несмотря что я сам Азербайджанец,но я был в отдыхе там в первый раз. Но в AF Hotel конкретно хочу сказать что персонал как мы Азербайджанцы прекрасно и приветливо. Всегда пытались помочь и помогали. Особенно Эльдар в Ресторане да и все такие же добродушные. Хочу остановиться на номерах и пляже и т.д... ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО!!! Пляж грязный,песок это прессованная земля а не песок. К сезону не готовились вообще однозначно. Территория грязная и антисанитария полнейшая, номер воняет плесенью, стена мокрая (347-й номер) дверь входная сверху 3-4см шириной щель во всю. На берегу ресторан всегда пустой... из за плохого обслуживание и дороговизны. Пытался в Рецепшене жаловаться и увидеть администратора но безуспешно. Админ а ко мне не позвали... несмотрю что несколько раз упорно настаивал и ждал. Хозяин заведение просто на развитие денег не дает от жадности. Это не ☆☆☆☆ отель а просто приличное общежитие. Сам отель не тянет даже на 2 звезды если честно , номер брала апартаменты , но самом номере за три дня не разу не убирались вообщем даже не хочу описывать все (( в номере куча муравьев ползают и ночью по нам , вообщем кошмар грязьМоре 🌊 понравилось очень оно рядом чистое Время проживания: Июль 2018
