+: Завтраки одинаковые , но вкусные и свежие. Персонал приветливый . Чистый номер. Кондиционер работает отлично -: 3 дня не было ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДЫ. КАК ЭТО ? Огромный отель , много посетителей. Ответ на ресепшн " проблема бойлера". Это всё можно исправить в течении 3-5 часов ! Освещение в одной из спален не работает. Отсутствие обычного мусорного ведра. Мусор собирали в бумажные пакеты. Вентиляции кондиционера грязные , висят куски пыли ( мы этим дышим).

+: Прекрасный район, воздух, парк, горы. На ресепшене всегда кто-то был за стойкой и с готовностью помогал. Все были очень вежливы.Отель большой, светлый, удобный, красивый.В номерах висят прекрасные картины, очень чисто. -: В номере не было чайника и барахлил климатик.

+: Прекрасный персонал: девушка на стойке регистрации была очень приветлива и отзывчива. -: Замок в двери в номер был сломан, дверь сама по себе открывалась. Это неприятно. После обращения на ресепшен- обещали исправить. в туалетной комнате желтые пятна на стенах, хотелось бы, чтобы получше там убрали.

+: Большая комната с панорамным видом на горы. -: В номере нет телефона для связи с ресепшн.В номере ждал только один комплект полотенец и то очень скудный.. (надо сказать что быстро принесли ещё один комплект т.к нас было двое).Просили раздельные кровати - не получили, хотя комнаты такие были.В ванной комнате в душе плохо стекала вода.Бассейн - бесплатный для жителей отеля но вход только с шапкой для купания которую они продают за 7 ЛВ, к тому же в бассейне весь день проходят тренировки по плаванию для детей поэтому нормально поплавать не возможно.Очень скудный завтрак.

-: Это самый отвратительный отель в котором я когда-либо была, При баре было только две компании Я со своей тётей (две девушки), И компания Мужчин друзья барменши Сидели слушали весь вечер только свои песни другие просто не ставили за вечер поставили по заказу только три песни всё остальное время Слушали только свои песни. Начали агрессивно себя везти и домогаться вплоть до того что кинули бычок в лицо девушки. На что персонал сказал ну они же извинились значит все нормально это мои друзья🤦‍♀️ За 160 Лев одна ночь в этом отеле вы можете получить бычок в лицо и персонал ничего даже никому не скажет. Потому что они друзья а вы просто гости которые платят деньги!!!!

+: Больша, комфортная гостиница, с хоошим банным комплексом. -: Дорога от метро, местами как будто в каких то развалинах. И в бассейн нужна шапочка, уже нигде в мире не требуется, но тут нужна. Вид из окна, 3 этаж выходит на паропет и его наверное никогда не уберают, мусорная свалка.

+: Прекрасный, шикарный огромный 3х комнатный номер, очень удобные кровати, хорошая планировка номера. Отличный богатый завтрак. Хорошее лобби с баром и роялем, приятно посидеть. Прекрасная спа-зона и фитнес-зал. Чистый и глубокий бассейн. Я рекомендую эту гостиницу. -: В бассейне для гостей отеля выделена лишь одна средняя дорожка, все остальные заняты постоянно спортсменами вечером и пенсионерами утром. Бассейн глубокий, детям не умеющим плавать практически невозможно его использовать. Но правда предлагают спасательные пояса для детей. На 9 этаже WI-Fi ловил только возле входной двери и немного в салоне, в спальнях полностью отсутствовал.
