+: Breakfast was lovely, suitable for fasting or vegans. The indoor pool was a great asset, clean and at a good temperature. Front of house were friendly and welcoming, and we were very grateful when they granted us a later checkout time upon our request. The gym was amazing and free to use
-: The pillows were uncomfortable and our vanity boxes were empty, there was also no conditioner for hair. The staff at the bar at night werent the happiest. At the spa, they wanted to charge 25eu extra if u were to use the jacuzzi andor sauna which was right next to the indoor pool (free) because we were there on a weekend. Whereas i think for the hotel guests themselves, they could retain a smaller fee, or at least the same fee for all days of the week. we would have been willing to pay 30eu for 2, but were not willing to pay 50eu extra. this was a shame as we looked forward to this
