+: Reception was good and helpful, entertainment team was wonderful, program was nice for the evenings, it was clean. There was Sheffield for the week events in the hotel, location was very good and situated so close to all places to visit and see and very close to the beach
-: Wasn't clear where is outside pool, spa was closed and no massage was able to book, the lady for booking excursion was rarely there, not much selection on breakfast, as mostly pork sausages and bacon and no chicken or halal options

-: Δεν ξέρω από που να αρχίσω… μπαίνοντας στην ρεσεψιόν μύριζε φαγητό από την αίθουσα πρωινού που είναι δίπλα από την ρεσεψιόν. Το δωμάτιο μύριζε από το μπάνιο. Τα έπιπλα παλιά και βρώμικα όσο για την θέα από το παράθυρο: τα σκουπίδια στο περιβάλλοντα χώρο του ξενοδοχείου. Πετσέτες μας άφηναν συνεχώς μισές. Το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία αλλά αποτελούνταν από κακής ποιότητας πρώτες ύλες. Τέλος οι θέσεις πάρκινγκ ήταν πολύ λίγες και σε αυτές άφηναν τα αυτοκίνητα τους και οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου.

+: Doručak je raznovrsan i obilat, cijelo vrijeme se nadopunjava samoposlužni stol. Na recepciji su jako ljubazni ispremni sve objasniti.
-: Izolacija u sobama je katastrofa, krila od brata su manja za cca 0,5m od štoka, tako dok ljudi prolaze po hodniku i pričaju imate osiječaj da su vam u dobi. Pomočni ležaj za dijete je užasno neudoban kao i jastuk na tom krevetu.
